Based on integrity and transformed by knowledge, Northern Bay Contractors Inc was founded in 1991 by Mr. Anthony Nocera. With over forty years experience in the construction industry, Anthony’s vision and determination steered NBCI from a drywall and carpentry company to the forefront of New York’s General Contracting industry. While surrounding himself with a competent team of professionals, Anthony instilled his values of commitment and perfection, by bringing each and every project in on schedule, within budget, resulting in an unparalleled level of client satisfaction.
In 2008, Anthony passed over the family business to his son–in-law Adam Weitman, while still holding a key position within the company as a valued consultant. Adam embraced the challenge of transitioning the family business into the next generation while maintaining its core values and principles. Adam’s commitment to developing new and maintaining old relationships with clients is a testimony to the company’s continued success. This is solidified by exceeding their expectations, gaining their trust and ensuring exceptional performance on each and every project regardless of size. Adam is a strong advocate of moving with the times and is committed to staying ahead of the curve. In terms of advancement within the industry, he encourages continued education and embraces the modern technology associated with the world of construction. He is determined to set precedents instead of following guidelines with regards of site safety. His close relationship with the management team and staff ensures that the office remains an open forum for discussion and ideas. He is a strong believer that our field personnel continue to be our most valuable asset and many have been with the company since inception.
